19. Whenever the contractor supplies the workers, the contractor must provide the company with a complete list of the address and the names of the workers. Sometimes the company might also be needed to create some payments to workers because of the wishes of labor laws, especially Contract Labor Act. On such an occasion, the contractor could also be created to repay an equivalent of the amount he can obtain. 10. The contractor pays its employees and employees wages that are not lower than the minimum wages set by the government and revised from time to time by the government.
